Q3: DM Advertising

Q3: Can I DM advertise for my SEA Division?

A3: DM advertising for SEA divisions, official or unofficial, IS allowed. They are considered a SEA division if they have [SEA] in the group name. DM advertising for any other type of group is NOT allowed and will get you banned!
