  • Division requirements to become an official SEA division:
  • Minimum weekly requirements for official divisions:
  1. DIVISIONS

Official Requirements

As of April 2023, the competitive/casual division system has been voided.

Division requirements to become an official SEA division:

  1. High-quality GFX

    • It must be a render

    • The character must be wearing their division uniform OR the SEA uniform

  2. High-quality Uniform

  3. 100+ group members

    • All group members must also be in the SEA Military main group to count

  4. Set up a discord server that complies with all SEA rules

  5. Screenshot of at least a 5-person rally in any game EXCEPT Navy Simulator (this is to prevent division leaders from asking randoms in Navy Sim to wedge with them and use that as their rally screenshot)

Minimum weekly requirements for official divisions:

  1. Host 1 event per level per week. (i.e., a level 1 division must host 1 event per week, and a level 5 must host 5). This can be a raid, training, or any Navy Sim-related event.

  2. Rally at least 5 people to the 1 PM EST OR 1 AM EST weekly rally.

Penalties for failing 1 of the 2 weekly requirements is -20 EXP. Penalties for failing both is -50 EXP. If you get negative EXP you will lose a level or become unofficial. This system is far more lenient than before, so I don’t expect this to be a frequent occurrence. You can also compensate for this lost EXP by getting achievements (i.e., if you get a -50 EXP penalty but earn 50+ EXP rewards that week, you will get 0 EXP total for the week, thus not affecting your status.)

There also will be no “strikes” like the old system - it will all be EXP based. New divisions will start with 100 EXP so they have a bit of wiggle room at first.
