  1. DIVISIONS

Levels & Ranks

Levelling System

Division levels will be based on EXP. EXP will be rewarded for a division’s achievements. Once you hit the EXP required for the next level, your division will level up. As explained before, divisions will never “lose” levels unless they fail to meet the minimum weekly requirements.

Division Level Formula

EXP Required for Next Level = Current Division Level^2 * 500

Division admins will log EXP via a Roblox game. Everyone in the group can view their division’s EXP, level, and a log of the recent EXP that has been added or deducted. This will eliminate the need for the extra paperwork with spreadsheets and such that the previous system had. The only paperwork necessary will be for tracking HR slots and the individuals that fill those slots.

Ranking Structure

Levelling up your division will result in the division leader being promoted and their old slot opening up for a new officer. 2 HR1 slots will also be added for each level. For higher levels, there will be a minimum of 1 HR2 slot per 4 HR1 slots, rounded up. There will be a minimum of 1 HR3 slot for every 2 HR2 slots, rounded up.
