Q4-6: Rank Issues

Q4: I bought a rank but I'm not getting promoted. What should I do?

A4: In order to get promoted for buying a rank, you must join the Navy Simulator game as it says in the game pass description. Rejoining the game may be helpful too.

Q5: The playtime counter is saying 10 hours played but I haven’t gotten ranked up, why is this?

A5: Unfortunately, sometimes the playtime counter does glitch. This is a Roblox bug and there is not much we can do about it. You will have to continue to wait until the promotion triggers, sometimes this can take up to 10 more hours. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q6: I attended a training in Navy Simulator but was not promoted, what happened?

A6: The training system is automatic, so if you did not get promoted, the trainer may have failed you during your training! You can always do another training. If you have any further issues, please DM one of our patrol officers.
